Tintastic is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

• Game Progress Data: Your game progress, settings preferences, achievements, and statistics are stored locally on your device only using secure storage. This data never leaves your device.
• Google Play Games: If you use Google Play Games Services, your achievement progress is synced with your Google Play Games profile. This is managed by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Your Google Play gamer profile (display name and profile image) may be visible to other players.
• No Personal Information: We do not independently collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
• No Account Required: The App does not require you to create an account or provide any identifying information to play.

Advertising

Our App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner ads and interstitial ads. These advertising partners may collect certain information to serve relevant ads:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
• General location information (country/region level)
• App usage statistics for ad performance

Rewarded Video Ads: The App also offers optional rewarded video ads. You can choose to watch a short video advertisement to earn free in-game hints. Rewarded ads are entirely voluntary and are available to all users, including those who have purchased the "Remove Ads" option. Watching a rewarded ad does not collect any additional information beyond what is described above.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. The App also offers in-app purchase options to remove banner and interstitial advertisements.

In-App Purchases

The App offers several optional in-app purchases, including:

• Removing banner and interstitial advertisements
• Purchasing hint packs for use during gameplay
• A Deluxe Unlock that combines ad removal with bonus hints

All payment processing is handled securely by the Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchase records are managed through RevenueCat to verify entitlements and restore purchases across devices.

Children's Privacy

Tintastic is a family-friendly game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from users of any age, there is no special data handling required for children.

Data Storage and Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using industry-standard secure storage methods provided by the mobile operating system. Since no data is transmitted to our servers, there is no risk of your information being accessed through our systems.
